En la reunión de hoy, primera reunión de negociación de calendario, CCOO-3P (podéis ver el borrador de calendario 2024 en la web), tras realizar los oportunos cálculos de distribución de jornada y encuadre del turno partido, hemos propuesto que para el personal de turno partido, los días previos a los festivos, se puedan trabajar en el mismo formato que los viernes y/o la jornada de verano, esto es: horario continuo de 7 horas.
Esta medida tiene un impacto mínimo a la hora de distribuir las horas en el resto del año, la jornada diaria solo aumentaría 3 minutos por día, así como en la organización de la empresa, en tanto que es un formato que ya se desarrollo en el verano.
La empresa ha respondido que estudiará la propuesta, que CCOO-3P venimos reclamando desde hace años y nos darán respuesta en la próxima reunión.

At today's meeting, the first calendar negotiation meeting, CCOO-3P (you can see the draft calendar 2024 on the website), after making the appropriate calculations of the distribution of working hours and the split shift, we have proposed that for split shift staff, the days before public holidays can be worked in the same format as Fridays and/or the summer working day, i.e.: continuous 7-hour working hours.
This measure has a minimal impact on the distribution of hours during the rest of the year, the daily working day would only increase by 3 minutes per day, as well as on the organisation of the company, as it is a format that has already been developed in the summer.
The company has responded that it will study the proposal, which CCOO-3P has been demanding for years, and will give us an answer at the next meeting.
