Como ya muchos conocéis, nuestro pacto de empresa, en el apartado decimotercero dice:
“2º) Incremento Variable:
Se pacta para cada uno de los ejercicios un pago único y no consolidable de un 0,5% sobre el SMG del Grupo 4 con reparto lineal a todos los Grupos si se superan los 130.384 € anuales de BAI (Beneficios antes de Impuestos) Reales auditados, que ascenderá a un 0,75% si se supera los 400.000 € de BAI Reales auditados.”
Este incremento, de producirse las condiciones para su percibo, se pagará en el momento de presentar cuentas auditadas o en la nómina de julio como más tarde y de forma proporcional al tiempo trabajado por cada trabajador/a en ese año generado..”
CCOO hemos instado a la empresa a que, cómo ya conocemos el BAI del año 2022, nos abonen este incremento, aunque no tiene obligación de retribuirla hasta el mes de julio, ya que consideramos que nos beneficia más percibirla antes de julio, en tanto que en dicho mes tenemos la paga extra de verano.
Para este año el importe de la paga ascendería a 171,68 € (brutos), en tanto que el BAI de 3P ha sido superior a 400.000€.
Desde RRHH nos han trasladado su voluntad de ingresarnos esta paga a lo largo del mes de mayo, no pudiendo concretarnos con certeza el día exacto.

As many of you already know, our company pact, in paragraph thirteen, states:
"2º) Variable Increase:
It is agreed for each of the financial years a single and non-consolidable payment of 0.5% on the SMG of Group 4 with a linear distribution to all the Groups if the annual audited Real BAI (Profit before Tax) exceeds €130,384, which will rise to 0.75% if the audited Real BAI exceeds €400,000."
This increase, if the conditions for its receipt are met, will be paid at the time of submission of audited accounts or in the July payroll at the latest and in proportion to the time worked by each worker in that year generated...".
CCOO has urged the company, as we already know the BAI for the year 2022, to pay us this increase, although it is not obliged to pay it until July, as we consider that it is more beneficial for us to have it before june, as in that month we have the extra summer pay.
For this year, the amount of the bonus would be 171.68 € (gross), while the BAI of 3P has been more than 400,000 €.
The HR department has informed us of their intention to pay us this salary during the month of May, although they are not able to give us an exact date.
