Como ya os indicamos en noticias anteriores, ha dado ya comienzo la negociación del I convenio colectivo de 3P biopharmaceuticals.
CCOO-3P queremos que esta negociación sea diferente, mucho más participativa y en donde la plantilla tenga un mayor protagonismo que otras veces.
Con esta finalidad, hemos redactado un borrador de plataforma de negociación (la podéis ver pinchando en el link de nuestra web) el cual nos gustaría que mejorásemos entre todos y todas.
Para hacerlo estamos desarrollando un proceso participativo donde interactuemos y nos contéis vuestras ideas y opiniones de mejora para este primer convenio colectivo.
Asimismo, vamos a programar días en los que los representantes de CCOO en 3P estaremos en las distintas cantinas y distintos turnos para recoger vuestras ideas, así como aclarar cualquier duda que os surja.
También podéis seguir mandándonos vuestras aportaciones por mail (ccoo3p@gmail.com) o directamente a los representantes de CCOO-3P.
No queremos concluir sin daros las gracias a todas las personas que ya nos habéis trasladado vuestras ideas e inquietudes las cuales, sin duda, mejoran las propuestas que vamos a presentar.

As we have already indicated in previous news, the negotiation of the 1st collective agreement of 3P biopharmaceuticals has already started.
CCOO-3P wants this negotiation to be different, much more participative and where the workforce has a greater role than in the past.
To this end, we have drawn up a draft negotiating platform (you can see it by clicking on the link on our website) which we would like to improve together.
To do so, we are developing a participatory process where we can interact and you can tell us your ideas and opinions on how to improve this first collective bargaining agreement.
We will also schedule days when CCOO representatives at 3P will be in the different canteens and different shifts to gather your ideas, as well as to clarify any doubts you may have.
